Supporting the Yorkshire Property Community
Established in 2015, The Yorkshire Property Charitable Trust was set up to help those in need within the Yorkshire Property Community. The trust distributes funds to worthwhile causes put forward by members of the property community.
Yorkshire Property Charity has raised over £600,000 for various charities over the years, with the focus on supporting those within the Yorkshire property industry raising much needed funds for Yorkshire Charities.

The Crypt Factor
Crypt Factor sees 10 ‘acts’ from the regions property community go head to head in the mostly hotly contested singing competition in the industry in front of over 800 peers!
Jointly raising funds for St George’s Crypt and YPTC, the event at Elland Road is a mainstay (and one of the most popular!) in the property professionals calendar.
Charity Lunch
Launched in 2005, the Yorkshire Property Charity Football event has evolved into one of the region’s most anticipated property fundraising events. Now featuring both football and netball matches, the day brings together over 600 property professionals from across the region for a mix of friendly competition, networking, and fundraising. This years event will be held on Friday 3rd October, followed by the lunch at the First Direct Bank Arena.
