Established in 2015, The Yorkshire Property Charitable Trust was set up to help those in need within the Yorkshire Property Community. The trust distributes funds to worthwhile causes put forward by members of the property community. 

Yorkshire Property Charity has raised almost £500,000 for various charities over the years, with the focus on supporting those within the Yorkshire property industry raising much needed funds for Yorkshire Charities.
